C'est ce soir le commencement de la fin.
Plein de preview du season premier ont fleuri sur les sites média télé US qui ont eu la chance d'en voir l'avant première. L'enthousiasme envers ce qu'ils ont vu est unanime, du moins sur la demi douzaine de reviews que j'ai lu. Déjà un très bon point.
Battlestar Galactica is truly back, and it’s back on course. This is a journey of people, not of space ships or blaster battles, and “He That Believeth In Me” is just the beginning of its final story. It is the tale that sets up the journey, and it is a wild ride that will bend your mind. The best show on television reconfirms its place in the pages of TV Legends once again with an episode wrought with the conflicts and battles, big and small, that we’ve come to love and expect.
I got my hands on the season premiere, He That Believeth In Me, yesterday and I’ve watched it a couple times already. Tonight is the night that I can be this complete blithering idiot in hopes that my enthusiasm is contagious and you catch the fever. And the only cure is the season premiere of Battlestar Galactica this Friday night!
So, now you are thinking, what happens in the last segment of the show? How does it end? Well, you will just have to watch tomorrow night, Friday, April 4th and find out for yourself. I will say, that if you’ve been anxiously awaiting Battlestar Galactica’s return, you will not be disappointed.
I will tell you how it begins, as the fourth season opens with a bang. Well, a lot of them. The episode starts off with one frakkin’ awesome

It is too bad that in only 10 short weeks, we will probably have to wait another year before the final 10 episodes of season four make it to air.
As you would expect, the acting is outstanding, the special f/x are great and the show leaves you wanting more. Wow, could I be anymore general in my praise for the episode?
Unlike many shows in recent memory, save for maybe The Sopranos and a handful of other elite shows, the wait is always worth it with Galactica. Given how Season 4 will be Galactica’s swan song, Ron Moore and crew can’t afford to screw around, and they don’t... well, sort of. For those who have been waiting for what seems like an eternity for the premiere, there’s A LOT to be happy about. Strap yourself for a couple of massively rewarding events and secrets that’ll undoubtedly give you insomnia after the credits roll.[...]
There are two pivotal moments in the premiere that I’m dying to tell you about, but you just need to tune in to see them for yourself. If you don’t get sick at the sight of blood, you’ll be fine. It’s an eye-popping, inconceivable ride as the Galactica premiere sets the pace for the final season.
"Battlestar" continues its ability to be one of the most forward thinking science fiction series I have ever watched. The one constant this show has and it seems will never lose is its ability to span genres while maintaining its sci-fi outer shell. Yeah, its set up for sci-fi geeks, but this is one sci-fi series that would actually appeal to a majority of viewers should they choose to give it a chance. Season three of this series blew me away and season four begins with some outstanding plot threads that let us know the writers have no intention of giving up and fully intend to go out with a bang.
